Recipe Ingredients for Basic Eggbeater Scramble

1/2 cup eggbeater
1/8 cup mushroom, canned peices
1 tsp jalapeno pepper, canned chopped
1 tsp light butter
1 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Basic Eggbeater Scramble

Melt butter in frying pan. Add selected meat, peppers and mushrooms and cook until meat is about done. Add garlic for about a minute. Add eggbeaters and cheese. Scramble and serve.
