Serves two. Basic mix for scrambled eggs or omelette. Can add any pre-sauteed vegetable, meat, or cheese that you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Egg Scramble or Omelette

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
5 eggs
1 tablespoon whole milk
1/4 large onion
1 clove of garlic

Recipe Directions for Basic Egg Scramble or Omelette

Turn your skillet on medium and melt the butter in with the oil. Saute the onion and garlic in the pan for 2 minutes or until tender. Beat the eggs well and add the milk to the egg mixture. Pour egg mixture over the onion and garlic and cook until eggs are cooked to your liking.
