Recipe Ingredients for Basic Egg Rolls

1 serving Egg, Whole
0.75 cup Tofu, Firm
0.2 medium raw Leeks
0.17 medium raw Onion Red
3 tsp Unico Sunflower Oil
7 medium Carrots, Baby
50 grams Bamboo Shoots
10 wrapper, eggroll (7" square) Wonton Wrappers

Recipe Directions for Basic Egg Rolls

  1. scramble eggs

  2. saute leeks and onion

  3. warm tofu in pan with leeks and onion

  4. grate carrot

  5. mix all together

  6. put about 2T of mix on each wrapper and seal with flour/water paste

  7. fry in more oil until golden brown
