Recipe Ingredients for Basic Dough

3 cups white flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dried yeast
1 1/2 cup water (lukewarm)
2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Basic Dough

  1. stir together four, salt, and yeast. then make a well

  2. add oil and water then knead for 10 min

  3. rise for 1 hour

  4. turn out on lightly floured surface and knead again

  5. make into whatever (20 min bake usually)
