Please note: This is made in a bread machine on dough setting. Wonderful fresh from the oven (or reheat well in the microwave!)

Recipe Ingredients for Basic dinner rolls

8 oz water (80 deg F)
3 tbsp butter
3 cup flour
3 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp non fat dry milk
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Recipe Directions for Basic dinner rolls

  1. Set bread machine to dough setting

  2. Put ingredients in pan according to manufacturer's directions. Turn machine on.

  3. Once dough is done remove from machine and let rest 15 min on floured surface.

  4. Form as desired and place in greased baking pans (I usually just form 12 balls about 2 - 2 1/2 oz ea and put in a 9x13 cake pan).

  5. Cover and let rise until double in size, about 45 min to 1 hour. brush with additional melted butter if desired and bake in preheated 350 deg oven for 15 - 20 min.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
