Recipe Ingredients for Basic Delicious Pork Loin Roast

40 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Pepper, Black
6 oz Carrots, Baby
12 mushroom Mushrooms
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
2 tbsp(15 g) Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Basic Delicious Pork Loin Roast

  1. Oven at 350F.

  2. Trim fat from pork.

  3. Combine rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

  4. Melt butter in roasting dish and then place onions over top of the butter. the the mushrooms in half and place in roaster, then add the baby carrots.

  5. Rub rosemary mixture all over pork loin.

  6. Sear on all sides in a hot skillet.

  7. Place pork on top of veggies in roasting pan and then cover with roasting pan lid or foil.

  8. Bake for an hour or until meat thermometer reads 160F.
