Recipe Ingredients for Basic Crepes

1 cup nonfat milk
4 tbsp half and half
1 cup unbleached all purpose flour
4 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown rice syrup
1/2 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Basic Crepes

  1. Whisk egg and sugar together. Add flours and salt and whisk until smooth.

  2. Add milk and whisk until smooth.

  3. Cook in a fry pan on medium heat by the 1/3 cup until golden brown. Flip to brown on other side.

  4. Batter can be made ahead and kept up to three days in the fridge. Stir before using.
