a very basic North-African-inspired couscous

Recipe Ingredients for basic couscous

1 cup, cooked Couscous, Cooked
1 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
2 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Fennel Seed
15 grams Raisins, Seedless
0.5 tsp Cumin Seed
0.13 cup Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for basic couscous

  1. fry chopped garlic and spices in oil

  2. add tomatoes and fruit

  3. simmer till fruit is soft and add couscous

  4. cover with lid and let sit for 5 minutes, then carefully stri up with a fork

  5. add coriander leaves. enjoy
