Recipe Ingredients for Basic Chili

14 oz Black Beans
14 oz Kidney Beans
1 large Onions
3 cloves Garlic
14 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
8 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
6 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Salt Substitute

Recipe Directions for Basic Chili

  1. brown meat

  2. saute onion, garlic, pepper and spices

  3. combine, add canned goods, simmer 30 minutes.
