made with ground chicken and all organic ingredients...a healthy lunch or dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Basic chili

1 lb ground chicken, cooked
1 large onion
2 1/2 cups canned kidney beans
1 1/4 cups canned black beans
3 cups canned diced tomotoes
28 oz tomato sauce
14 oz canned corn
1 tbsp chili powder
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 small red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Basic chili

  1. Brown chicken.

  2. Saute garlic,pepper and onion in olive oil.

  3. Add all ingredients into large pot and heat to almost boiling, then reduce and simmer for 30-45 minutes.

  4. Freezes well, leftovers are good.
