Recipe Ingredients for Basic Chicken Stir Fry

4 serving Deluxe Stir Fry
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 cup,+chopped+or+diced boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 serving low sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbls minced raw ginger root
2 clove Garlic
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbls Cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Basic Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Heat 1 Tbls oil in pan. Add garlic (minced) and onion (chopped.) Cook about 3 minutes.

  2. Add 3 cups mixed stir fry vegetables. Cook until vegetables are done.

  3. Add 1/2 cup water, 2Tbls soy sauce, 1 Tbls cornstarch, and 1 - 2 tsps minced ginger. Heat and stir until sauce becomes shiny and translucent.
