3 c chicken, chopped
1/8 c tamari
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp peanut oil

Recipe Directions for basic chicken stir fry

  1. prepare ingredients

  2. heat oil in wok,

  3. add onion, garlic, and ginger

  4. cook till fragrant

  5. add chicken and cook over high heat till done

  6. remove and cover to keep warm
