This is a simple way to use leftover chicken. We used a breast from a roasted chicken and thighs from a grilling.

4 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Meat Only, Roasted
8 serving Mayonnaise
1 cup, diced Celery
1/2 grams Celery Seed

  1. Just mix all together and allow to marry. Salt and Pepper to taste.

  2. Duke's is the preferred mayo
