Recipe Ingredients for Basic Chicken Broth

8 quarts water
5 oz ginger root
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Basic Chicken Broth

  1. debone chicken breast and rib meat

  2. wash chicken bones of bone fragments

  3. put in 8 quart pot

  4. fill with water

  5. crush two chunks of ginger

  6. bring to boil and simmer for 2.5 hours

  7. remove chicken bones, let cool

  8. put in fridge overnight and then scoop out the oil on top

  9. freeze or use in cooking or soups
