2 tbs is considered one serving. This recipe should make 3/4 a cup (or 12 tbs assuming 4 tbs per 1/4 cup)

Recipe Ingredients for Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette

1 tbs shallots (chopped)
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette

  1. Combine and whisk.

  2. Store leftover dressing tightly covered in the fridge and it will keep for 3 to 4 days.
