Recipe Ingredients for Basic Baked Tofu

11 grams Garlic
1 package Extra Firm
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 serving Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
0.75 serving Natural Foods - Organic Vegetable Broth

Recipe Directions for Basic Baked Tofu

  1. Combine broth, vinegar, soy sauce, thyme, and minced garlic (3 cloves).

  2. cut tofu widthwise into eight equal piece. Cut to form triangles if you with.

  3. Marinate tofu for at lease 1 hour flipping after 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat oven to 375F.

  5. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place tofu on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Spray with a little more cooking spray and flip the pieces. Spoon some marinade over each piece and bake for another 10 minutes. If you like, place under the broiler for about 3 more minutes for extra chewiness.
