Recipe Ingredients for Basic Bakeanista

182 grams Rice Flour, Brown
182 grams Rice Flour, White
110 grams Potato Starch
74 grams 100% Pure Corn Starch
34 grams Tapioca Flour
34 grams Corn Flour, Whole-grain, Yellow
32 grams All-Natural Sweetener
3 serving Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Egg Replacer
1 oz Water
1/2 Almonds
1 cup Water
2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Basic Bakeanista

  1. Preheat oven to 400*F.

  2. Mix the egg replacer, 2 T (1oz) water, almond milk & olive oil.

  3. Mix flours, sugar, baking powder & salt. Add to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.Pour into muffin tins 2/3 cup full.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
