Recipe Ingredients for Basic Apple Oatmeal

1 cup skim milk
1/3 cup oats
2/3 apple, peeled
1/2 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Basic Apple Oatmeal

  1. Pour one cup skim milk into saucepan to boil over high heat

  2. Add oats after milk starts to boil; reduce to low heat and stir

  3. Add in apples (cut into small chunks beforehand) after a minute or two

  4. Remove from heat after liquid is absorbed into oats

  5. Drizzle with a little honey and enjoy
