1 serving Garden Salad without Dressing
12 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp, ground Flaxseed

Recipe Directions for Base Salad

Mix the salad with the Cherry Tomatos cut in halves, ad salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar. Ground the flaxseeds, roast the pine nuts and add them in the salad.
