A self-made base for protein shake. Contains whey protein, roasted soy flour defatted, guar gum and gelatin. Add fruit juice, milk... (ca. 200 ml/serving) and enjoy.

Recipe Ingredients for base for protein shake

100 g guar gum
900 g soy flour
500 g whey protein powder
125 g gelatin

Recipe Directions for base for protein shake

  1. Add fruit juice, milk... (ca. 200 ml/serving). Stir all ingredients.

  2. Wait 3 minutes to thicken (this lets the blend be more foamy).

  3. Mix well in a blender.

  4. Enjoy!
