Recipe Ingredients for Basalmic vegetables

1 cup asparagus
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup broccoli
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil

Recipe Directions for Basalmic vegetables

  1. heat canola oil

  2. throw in garlic, rosemary and coriander, fry till garlic is brown

  3. toss in the vegetables and the vinegar

  4. cook until the veggies are done to your liking and the vinegar is slightly reduced
