Olive oil, mustard and basalmic vinegar dressing, one serving

Recipe Ingredients for Basalmic Mustard Dressing

0.67 serving Olive Oil
0.33 serving Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Country Dijon Mustard

Recipe Directions for Basalmic Mustard Dressing

  1. Mix 1 tsp of basalmic vinegar of your choice with 1 tsp mustard of your choice (I prefer Grey Poupon Country Dijon. Mix well in small bowl such as custard bowl.

  2. Continuing to stir, slowly add 2 tsp of olive oil to mix - I prefer extra virgin first cold press olive oil. Continue stirring while adding oil.

  3. After oil is added, stir some more to make sure the ingredients are completely mixed together.

  4. Pour over single salad, and enjoy.

  5. The mix is 2 olive oil to 1 each vinegar and mustard. This makes a tangy, tasty, lower cal dressing, 90 cals per serving. You can go to 1/2 on the mustard if you want it a little less tangy.
