0.125 cup White Flour, Unbleached
1.5 tsp Garam Masala
0.5 tsp Chili Powder
5 grams Ground Cumin
5 grams Spices Ground Coriander
225 grams Basa Fillet (1 fillet = 225g)

Recipe Directions for Basa Fish, Indian fried

  1. Mix dried goods and spread on a plate.

  2. Whisk egg in bowl

  3. Dip fish in egg,

  4. Dip into dry mixture.

  5. Heat oil in pan

  6. Fry ~2min on each side or until fish is flakey
