Recipe Ingredients for Barta Cabin White Fish

24 oz Cod Fillets
3/4 stick butter
1 tbs yellow mustard
3 tbs Miracle Whip
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup fresh chopped green onion
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Recipe Directions for Barta Cabin White Fish

  1. Preheat BBQ to the mediun high setting

  2. Prepare a tin foil pan by rolling the edges up about a 1/2" on some heavy duty foil.

  3. Season filets with some salt, pepper and garlic powder.

  4. Mix butter, mustard, miracle whip soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce.

  5. Brush both sides of filet with mixture.

  6. Arrangeon tin foil pan, and sprinkle with chopped onion and bread crumbs.

  7. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish just starts to flake.

  8. DO NOT TURN while cooking
