Recipe Ingredients for Bars - Date and Nut Protein

27 g. flax seeds
112 g. dates
112 g. almonds
30 g. vanilla protein powder
32 g. almond butter
2 tbsp. water

Recipe Directions for Bars - Date and Nut Protein

  1. In a food processor, chop almonds until fine.

  2. Add dates, nut butter, water, protein and flax, process until paste forms.

  3. Use a spatula to press into an 8x8 pan, or roll into balls.

  4. Let cool, then cut into squares.

  5. Best if wrapped individually.
