Recipe Ingredients for Barley Salad

1/2 cup dry barley
1 tbs. light mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dried chives
1/4 tsp. dried dill
1/4 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 oz. feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Barley Salad

  1. Cook barley according to directions on package. Or cook barley in several cups of water and drain.

  2. Mix in remaining ingredients, plus some chopped vegetables (optional).

  3. Put in refrigerator until chilled.
