Recipe Ingredients for Barley Pudding

2 cups cooked barley
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp butter
1 egg, beaten
1 nutmeg to taste

Recipe Directions for Barley Pudding

  1. Mix egg, milk, sugar and butter.

  2. Put barley in small casserole dish.

  3. Pour mix over barley.

  4. Add raisins and nutmeg, and mix.

  5. Put dish in pan of hot water.

  6. Bake 40 min. at 175 degrees celcius.
