Recipe Ingredients for Barley and oats oatmeal

1 cup Steel Cut Oats
1 cup(60 g) Hulled Barley Organic

Recipe Directions for Barley and oats oatmeal

  1. Bring, 1 cup steel cut oats, 1 cup Hulled organic barley to a boil in 6 cups of water.

  2. Let boil for 1 minute, turn off the heat, place the lid on the pot and let stand over night.

  3. In the morning, heat up the oatmeal and let cook for 5 -10 minutes and add additional water if needed
