Beef & Barley Stew in Crock Pot 6 cups of broth 1/2 cup Barley 1/2 cup Lundberg rice 1 lb beef tenderloin 1 cup onions 1 cup carrots 3 cloves garlic 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Ingredients for Barley, Black Rice, & Beef Tenderloin Stew

1 cup Onions
90 grams lundberg black japonica Black
1 cup slices Carrots
16 oz Beef, Tenderloin
113 2/5 grams Nuts Online Barley
3 clove Garlic
6 serving Imagine Vegetabe Broth

Recipe Directions for Barley, Black Rice, & Beef Tenderloin Stew

  1. Finely chop carrots & onion

  2. Dice cloves of garlic

  3. Cube tenderloin into .5 x .5 cubes

  4. Add oil to skillet and saute carrots and onions on med heat for four to five minutes

  5. add garlic and cook for one more minute

  6. Empty skillet contents into slow cooker

  7. Cook beef over high heat just to brown sides - 1 to 2 minutes

  8. Add the remainder of ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours
