Recipe Ingredients for barley and black bean soup

8 oz canned black beans
8 oz canned corn
14 1/2 oz canned tomatoes
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup raw mushrooms
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup green beans
1/4 cup onions
2 cloves garlic
1/4 leek
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for barley and black bean soup

  1. Lightly saute leek, garlic, onion and green beans

  2. Add canned tomatoes, black beans, and/or any other canned veggie

  3. Cook slowly until desired consistancy and season to taste

  4. Add barley
