Recipe Ingredients for Barb's Vegetable Pizza

226 g (2 pkg) crescent rolls
2 pkg (227 g) cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
15 g (1/2 pkg) Ranch dressing mix
2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
1 cup fresh cauliflower, chopped
1 cup fresh carrots, grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded

Recipe Directions for Barb's Vegetable Pizza

  1. Place rolls on a 13" X 9" cookie sheet and pinch all seams together.

  2. Bake for 10 minutes @ 375-degrees; let cool.

  3. Take cream cheese, Ranch mix, and mayonnaise; blend with mixer and spread on cold crust.

  4. Chop up vegetables real small and sprinkle over crust.

  5. Top with finely shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Cut into cracker size pieces (2-1/2 X 1-1/2).
