1 cup yellow onion
4 garlic cloves
1/2 cup sweet peppers
1 seasoning salt
1 pepper

  1. chop onion, garlic, and sweet peppers; cook over medium heat until just tender.

  2. Meanwhile, knead together the meats, then add the cooked veggies.
