Makes 16 servings



Homemade pizza dough that is quick and easy to make. Can make a cheese in the crust pizza, all you have to do is to cut string cheese in half length wise and roll it into the outside of the crust. Just make sure to use a 9x13 inch pan to make the pizza.

Recipe Ingredients for Barb's Pizza Dough

2 T sugar
2 T oil
1 t salt
1 c fat free milk, scalded
1 pkg yeast
2 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Barb's Pizza Dough

  1. Mix sugar, oil and salt in a large bowl.

  2. Add milk and cool mixture to lukewarm.

  3. Add yeast and mix.

  4. Add enough flour to make batter too stiff to cling to the bowl - do NOT let rise!

  5. Place on greased pizza pan, add toppings.

  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
