Recipe Ingredients for Barb's healthy pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup steel cut oats
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup applesauce
1 large egg, lightly beaten

Recipe Directions for Barb's healthy pancakes

Cook on griddle or stove top with a splash of cooking spray - pancake style. (1/4 C batter per pancake)
