Recipe Ingredients for Barb's Banana Bread Oatmeal

1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup quick oats
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
1 banana, peeled and mashed

Recipe Directions for Barb's Banana Bread Oatmeal

  1. Bring milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Add and salt. Add oatmeal, mashed banana, and cinnamon. Reduce to low and cook until desired consistency is reached. Stir one teaspoon of sugar into the oatmeal, and reserve the rest to sprinkle on top.

  2. Allow to cool slightly before eating.
