Quick and Easy, hearty crock pot dish

Recipe Ingredients for Barbeques

1 pound beef stew meat
1/2 green pepper
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Barbeques

  1. Put meat in a crock pot, cover with water. Fill a tea ball with all spice and put that in crock pot as well. Cook on high for 4 hours (low for 6-8).

  2. Transfer all crock pot contents (expect tea ball) to pan on the stove top. Remove access water, should only be a puddle on the bottom--reserve. Shred beef.

  3. Dice green pepper and add to pan. Cook on low for 10 - 15 minutes.

  4. Add ketchup and musturd, cook to thickened and warm.

  5. Serve on hamburger buns.
