Baked salmon with a barbeque marinade.

Recipe Ingredients for Barbeque Salmon

1/4 cup orange juice
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
360 g salmon

Recipe Directions for Barbeque Salmon

  1. Mix all ingredients except salmon in a bowl.

  2. Put salmon filets in a plastic storage bag and pour marinade over.

  3. Allow marinade to sit in fridge no more than 2 days.

  4. Place salmon in a baking dish and pour left over marinade over the top.

  5. Bake in a 400 degree over until fish is flaky, approximately 15 minutes.
