Recipe Ingredients for Barbeque Lentils

2.33 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 oz Wholesome Organic Molasses Unsulphured
6 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
8 tbsp Ketchup
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
16 oz Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers

Recipe Directions for Barbeque Lentils

  1. Boil lentils in the 5 cups of water until tender; stir in remaining ingredients, mix well, and pour into casserole.

  2. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes
