Recipe Ingredients for Barbeque Chicken Sliders

1 lb ground chicken
1 large egg
2 tbs barbeque sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Barbeque Chicken Sliders

  1. Mix all ingredients except Panko bread crumbs. Form into small 2 oz patties. After each patty is formed coat one side with the panko then the other. Be ginger with the coating you need to stretch the entire 1/2 cup. Then bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

  2. I recommend steaming the buns first.

  3. Serve with a cucumber salad and grilled onions.
