Recipe Ingredients for Barbeque chicken pizza

1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. water
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cilantro
1 tsp olive oil
10 oz. chicken
3/4 cup barbeque sauce
1 cup cheese
1 cup chedder cheese
1 pepper
1/4 cup red onion

Recipe Directions for Barbeque chicken pizza

  1. mix the dry ingredients with 1/2 cup hot water, knead and roll in olive oil. Cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Punch down,coat in corn meal and roll into thin crust. Prick with fork to let out air bubbles. Back at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes.

  2. Pound chicken and brown in a pan. Remove from heat and slice into strips.

  3. Coat crust with barbeque sauce. Cover with cheese and then add chicken, onions and peppers. Back again until cheese melted and brown..
