Recipe Ingredients for Barbeque Chicken Pita

1 tbsp barbecue sauce
1/2 cup chicken, pre-cooked and chopped
1 whole-wheat pita
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
2 tbsp cucumber, diced
1 tbsp low-fat ranch dressing

Recipe Directions for Barbeque Chicken Pita

  1. In microwavable dish, stir together barbecue sauce and chicken. Microwave for 30 seconds or until hot. Stuff chicken into each pita.

  2. In bowl, toss the lettuce and cucumber with the dressing, and stuff it all into the pita.
