Recipe Ingredients for Barbecued Turkey Kielbasa with fruit and vegetables

1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup catsup
14 oz turkey Kielbasa (cut into 30 pieces)
1 1/2 cups Granny Smith apple (20 pieces)
1 cup sweet onion (chopped)
1 1/2 cup bell pepper (10 pieces)
1 1/2 cup Roma tomatoes (seeded and cut into 20 pieces)
1 1/2 cup chopped zucchini (20 pieces)
5 fresh mushrooms (cut into quarters for 20 chunks)
10 prunes

Recipe Directions for Barbecued Turkey Kielbasa with fruit and vegetables

  1. Cut the Kielbasa into serving pieces (3 pc per skewer)

  2. Cut the onion, apple, bell pepper, tomatoes, zucchini and yellow squash into chunks

  3. Toss all ingredients in the barbecue sauce, including the seeds from the tomatoes

  4. Thread the skewers

  5. Grill for apprx. 4 to 6 minutes

  6. Serve with Pam's potato salad

  7. Serve with side of baked beans (recipe to come)
