Recipe Ingredients for Barbecued Pork

17 1/2 oz pork tenderloin, cooked
425 g tomato sauce
130 g onion, chopped
60 g green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup vinegar
2 T brown sugar
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T dry mustard
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Barbecued Pork

  1. Cut pork across the grain into very thin slices; set aside

  2. In large saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.

  3. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

  4. Add pork. Cover and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
