A great use of leftover pork roast

Recipe Ingredients for Barbecued Pork

1/2 pound pork loin roast , cooked
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T vinegar
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp celery seed

Recipe Directions for Barbecued Pork

  1. Cut pork across the grain into very thin slices

  2. Combine all ingredients in crock pot

  3. Cook on high for 3-4 hours

  4. Can be served alone or over bread, potatos etc.
