Recipe Ingredients for Barbecued Pork Loin

2 lbs pork tenderloin
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp tabasco
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Barbecued Pork Loin

Place pork loin roast in roasting pan. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, paprika, salt, pepper sauce, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and water. Bring to a boiling point. Spoon some sauce over meat. Roast pork loin at 425 degrees for about 1 hour or to an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees. Baste pork frequently with the sauce.
