Lean pork loin chops with canned baked beans

Recipe Ingredients for Barbecued Pork and Beans

2 cups baked beans
12 oz pork
1 cup diced onion
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 slices onion
4 slices lemon

Recipe Directions for Barbecued Pork and Beans

  1. Combine baked beans with onion in baking dish.

  2. Trim fat off pork chops.

  3. Mix mustard and ketchup and spread over pork.

  4. Place pork on top of bean mixture.

  5. Sprinkle top with lemon juice and brown sugar.

  6. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.

  7. Top each piece of pork with slice of onion and slice of lemon.

  8. Bake for 15 more minutes.

  9. Serve with green salad.
