Don't succumb to traditional, artery-clogging wings. Simply bake them.

Recipe Ingredients for Barbecue Wings

1 tsp table salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
3 pounds chicken wing sections
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
1 spray olive oil cooking spray, or enough to coat sheet

Recipe Directions for Barbecue Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Place chicken wings in a zip-close plastic bag, add salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, seal bag and shake to coat.

  3. Place barbecue sauce in a separate shallow dish. Add chicken and turn to coat.

  4. Transfer chicken to prepared baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.

  5. Bake 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
