BBQ flavored veggie burger, kidney bean base

Recipe Ingredients for Barbecue Veggie Burger

1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup tomato
3 teaspoon minced jalapeno
4 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
3/5 cup kidney beans
2 slices wheat bread
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 egg white, beaten

Recipe Directions for Barbecue Veggie Burger

  1. Seed, mince tomatoes

  2. Toast bread, blend until crumbs

  3. Mash beans after washing

  4. Saute tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapeno

  5. Remove onion mixture from heat, add breadcrumbs, beans, egg white, chili powder

  6. Form into patties, cook
