1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
8 1/4 tsp Vegetarian Worcestershire
1 3/4 tsp Chili Powder
3/4 cup, cooked Oats
3 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1/2 small Onions
4 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free

Recipe Directions for Barbecue Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Place food in a microwave safe dish. Cover with a microwave safe cover. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until hot through out.

  2. Or Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place food on a sheet tray. Heat for 6-8 minutes, or until hot through out.
