Recipe Ingredients for Barbecue Tofu

2 lbs. extra-firm tofu
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Salt, to taste
1 Black pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Barbecue Tofu

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

  2. Serve on a bed of lettuce or on a hoagie roll.
